Important Announcement

We (the Rally Chairman and Trustees) are writing this letter to announce and inform all of the Weeting Steam Engine Rally volunteers, exhibitors, the general public and  whoever it may concern that Wendy Young has resigned from the role of Rally Co-ordinator for personal reasons.
 
Wendy has carried out the role since 2009 and we are saddened to see her move on to pastures new. We wish to pass on our gratitude and appreciation for all that Wendy has contributed to the Rally over the years and wish her every success and happiness in the future.
 
We have asked Kate Plant to take on the role and are pleased to say Kate has accepted the challenge, with full support from Wendy and ourselves.
 
We hope this to be a smooth handover, Kate has been working with the Rally for over 15 years and has a good understanding of the event and we wish her success in this role.

Please note : 2023 Entry forms are currently being processed and will soon be with section heads and then posted out to exhibits. If you exhibited with us in 2022, in most cases you will automatically be sent an entry form.
